Access to Customer Portal
MML is pleased to provide its customers access to their firm’s personalised customer portal through a state of the art, cloud-based system.
The customer portal is specific to each firm and will detail the following:
Upcoming appointments by patient name
Requested appointments still to be confirmed
Detail listing of all matters that have been funded
Please note:
MML’s portal is powered by Netsuite, an Oracle company and has all the required online security protocols in place.
Due to the nature of Netsuite’s high level of online security, they require users to access MML’s system directly through the same Netsuite login screen that MML uses to be able to offer the desired level of security.
When accessing your customer portal, users will be directed to Netsuite login screen.
For first time users, please contact the team at MML for specific username and password.
